SALTY PEP PRODUCTIONS
LISA GORLITSKY - WRITER AND CREATOR
Lisa has been a professional working actor since the ripe old age of 7, when she was cast as Gretyl in an Equity showcase production of “The Sound of Music,” on the great Island of Staten - her stomping grounds. She spent her childhood and tween years starring in national commercials hawking products like Wonder Woman roller skates and Hulk blowing bubbles, eventually landing her on the daytime Soap Opera “One Life to Live” as an ailing child in the Hospital belting out “Twinkle Twinkle Little star” while simultaneously playing the triangle.
Needless to say Lisa has always been a multitasker, and has never looked back.
Continuing professionally acting all through her attendance at Performing Arts High School, Lisa then earned her BFA in Acting at SUNY Purchase. While walking the road of life, Lisa added wife, mother, PTA President, marathon runner, yoga instructor, and board member to the many roles she’s played on TV and in the NYC theatre scene.
Lisa’s feet do more than pound the pavement as an actor. In 2003 she entered the shoe modeling world, and has banked countless hours in the shoe production rooms, design studios, and sales floors of the most well known and top of the line high fashion brands and couture houses across NYC.
She is thrilled to unlock a door for you that not many people get to peek behind - the unusual world of high fashion footwear, a place full of high stakes drama and extreme personalities- where millimeters can make or break you and you’ll need to watch your back, while everyone is looking at your feet.
Originally from Branford, CT, Mary Vines splits her time between Park Slope, Brooklyn and Greenport, NY on the North Fork of Long Island. She and her husband, Jim Vines, have two children – Clark (24) and daughter Tommy (23).

After years of friendship, working together planning events, raising money for schools and organizations, as well as extensive media experiences, Lisa and Mary decided to go all in and create Salty Pep Production to make HEALS a reality.
You can usually find Mary in sneakers since she’s well known for coaching and inspiring kids all over NYC to run track, and is the the proud recipient of two Crystal Sneakers and two Volunteer of the Year Awards from the Y of Greater New York.
